PCSD would like to highlight and introduce our Academic Team club!

Small but mighty, our academic team consists of 4 high school students: Landon Smith, Samantha Bristow, Megan Delavega, and Brooklynn Rose. The academic team coach is our PCHS school counselor, Matt Schottel.

Going from school to school, they will sit at a table against another team seated across from them. They each have a buzzer in hand. When asked a question, they have 5 seconds to buzz in for a regular question, or 30 seconds for a math computation question. They put their knowledge about anything and everything to the test!

They have competed valiantly against some very tough competition from other schools and have enjoyed the season doing so.
